On wet days stall holders are still required to attend the market at the commencement time or risk forfeiting of their stall. You are advised to provide your own protection against minor weather changes. In the event of constant rain or other severe conditions, a decision will be made by the Rotary Club Market Leader, regarding cancellation of the stall holders obligation to remain at the market. The decision will be made at 9 a.m.

1. If decision is made to continue, stall holders are requested to remain at the market.

2. In the event of cancellation, stall tickets will be exchanged for the following week only. Preference will be given to the same stall position where possible, however in some cases casual stall holders may be required to accept a different stall number. No cash refunds or discounts will be given.

3. After cancellation some stall holders may wish to remain at the market. In this event they will be required to pay to re-book their stall for the following week and Rotary staff will remain in attendance at the market.

4. Stall holders wishing to leave prior to official decision must pay to re-book their stall for the following week.

Please understand that for the market to be successful, the public must be able to rely on your consistent attendance at the market.
